• Passenger details, when a trip is booked.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.

3. Why we use it

To quote and arrange your flight and to meet aviation requirements. We do not sell your data.

4. Who we share it with

We pass trip and passenger details to the operating carrier and ground providers, and share only what the trip requires.

5. How long we keep it

Kept as long as tax, accounting and aviation record requirements demand.

6. Your choices

You can ask what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

7. Cookies and analytics

Two things are stored on your device, and neither is a cookie.

We use Google Analytics 4, and those cookies require your permission.

You can change your answer at any time from the footer of every page.

California residents: declining also opts you out of any sharing with Google.

If you receive an email asking you to change payment instructions, call us before acting on it.
